Cardell Accountants are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual for an Accountant role. This opportunity will suit a qualified accountant, a recent accounting graduate or an undergraduate seeking to commence their career whilst completing their studies.

About the candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or studying to complete
• Member of Chartered Accountants ANZ (or equivalency) or studying to be one
• Experience with cloud accounting software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights

The role will include:

• Preparation of financial statements
• Assisting with the preparation of income tax returns
• Assisting with the preparation of business activity statements
• Cloud accounting reconciliations
• Data entry
• Client liaison

We also offer mentoring and support towards completing your postgraduate Chartered Accountants qualification.
